Having since Googled the shit out of it, it feels like it's just not as good.
Well, the reason is Jess has texted me going, I've put it on or whatever.
And I was like, have you made sure you've taken it off?
She was like, what do you mean?
I said, you've got to put it on for like two minutes the first night and then you wash it off.
And then the next night you put it on for like two and a half minutes and then you wash it off.
And then the next night you put it on for like five minutes and then you wash it off.
And then you do that for a few weeks until you can build up your skin so you don't burn your skin.
It's quite potent if you don't get your skin prepared.
My skin seemed to take to it really well.
I didn't flake.
So it says so when you've used this tretinoin cream.
every night and you've built up, you know, and you've got to make sure you have a thick moisturizer and stuff like that.
You even can sandwich it.
You can put the moisturizer on first with a bit of the tretinoin and then moisturizer again.
You've got to be careful because you can, your skin will start to flake after like,
I think it was like four weeks three or four weeks you might find that and I didn't actually find that really and I think it's because I've had um you know I used to go to my friend I've been three times for that needling and that stimulates when you do that needling I think it stimulates like cell renewal and all that kind of stuff so my skin kind of took to it quite well um
So Jess is like, what?
No, the doctor did not tell me to do that.
But then she Googled and was like, oh, I've been given something different and it's not as potent.
