So I am 47.

I'm raising teenagers, and I'm also beginning to care for my aging parents who have been generally healthy, but started experiencing some health issues.

And I'm just wondering if the research has anything to say about

best practices for helping people at each of those different phases and ways that I have conversations with my parents that can help support them and myself as well.

So that is my question.
