I can see that theory kind of falls flat.

Never mind.

The common denominator, though, is usually him in a big moment.

I think the problem is he's so talented, and when he's on that he's on, that when it is time for him to do it at the biggest moment, even if Donovan Mitchell plays great in a game seven, right?

He scores 40-40, and there's such a disconnect from the player that James Harden can be in March or November.

February or January that is expected in May in those types of games, that when you get into the final stretch of the season, I feel like his shortcomings, when you need them the most, just overcomes even the best of what his co-star can provide.

And I think that's the biggest problem throughout his career is that he is so, so good that it just, it tricks you into thinking that that's going to be there.

And you plan for that output to be there.

And when it's not, you're shit out of luck.
