I just glad that they picked the side.

We just talked about Washington not picking what they want to do with just kind of living in two worlds.

Just get him off of our hands and get him out of the building and not have somebody that is trying to compete for something in a time when we're trying to build something.

I think that they should obviously just tear it down to the studs, right?
