And I picture it as almost like a godfather kind of scene where he's just looking my mum in the eye, dipping the chili and like not breaking eye contact and putting it in his mouth and kind of like, you know, over to you.

And my mum apparently just does exactly the same thing.

Mind you, they don't speak the same language.

So there's all this non-verbal communication going on.

But, yeah, my mum just eats like one, two, three, and apparently my grandfather gets up, hugs her, and is like, this is my daughter.
