It's absolutely dire.

We're doing this nine years.

I'm out in Milltown, Malbey in West Clare.

So we are lucky.

We have two fabulous hotels here.

but we still have a huge need for short-term lets, particularly throughout the summer months, particularly for weddings, funerals, christenings, family returning to see family.

And sometimes we have people coming here who, you know, mammy, daddy and three kids, they don't want to stay in a hotel because they want to be able to cater for themselves when they're here and it's affordable.

So for the last nine years, as each year has gone by, you know,

I would say that we're 100% booked from May till September.

And then it quietens.

This April, I had four nights booked.

Two two-night bookings.

That's all I had.

And I was listening to Siobhan there.

We're actually on countless social media pages.

And they're all travel to Ireland, come to Ireland pages.

And all of the comments are visitors coming because, unfortunately...

Other organisations have put posts up saying this is the issue with registration.

So word got out that all Airbnbs, if you like, for want of a better word, are closing as of May 20th.

We're then trying to counteract that.
