I think even though it's within her powers, I think it's physically impossible for her to defund.
But I think where the real threat, David, in your interview with her was she talked about the meeting that she had, which in terms of extended funding and the extra things that they were hoping and thinking to do with the rotunda.
And I don't think that was an accidental mention in the interview that that's where the actual threat is.
Yeah, and it's part of this cycle, which I think we started on, which why people want to choose private health care, because in a country where people feel like the services that they get in a public system aren't adequate enough, people want to be able to put money towards problems that they have in their families, whether they're health care or something else.
And therefore, you need more income.
Therefore, you need less tax on that income.
And this is where the cycle starts.
So if we treat this money as if it's not going to be forever money,
we should be looking at how do we make it for every money?
What systems can we build to make it for every money?
And childcare is a really good example of that.
Instead of funneling money into private providers, which are not providing security for a lot of parents, aren't providing choice for parents, and also more importantly, aren't always providing the best care for the children.
Why aren't we making a system that puts all of those things together and will last longer and
than funnelling money into private providers who also can't provide the wages for the workers who are teaching our children.
It's a great example of how we should be spending that money better.
