Like, let's, because let's, you can slag me off as much as, like, I absolutely, if I were to interview Roy Keane, do I think it would be a good interview?

Yes.

I love Roy Keane.

Do I think it would be a good conversation?

Yes.

But do I think that the majority of Roy Keane's fans would be like, that's the interview I wanted to hear?

No.

Because I would not be asking him about football stuff really that much.

That's not the interest that I have in him.

Because those aren't the things that I'm interested about with him.

So it just wouldn't be what his audience would want as much as I would love to interview Roy Keane.

And look, that's not to say that there aren't plenty of women in sport who could do a brilliant interview with Roy Keane that would cover all the bases for...

you know Roy Keane's audience but me personally no so maybe David Mead is like a massive Oprah fan and has been following her for his whole life and loves her you know has watched her show and understands the nuance and you know will do it brilliantly but it just doesn't immediately feel like a natural fit that's what I'm saying
