Briefly, let's talk about Ladies of London.
I thought Ladies of London, I'm so sad it's over and I'm sad that they don't get a reunion or anything.
But I think it's been quite a success.
Obviously, it's a show that was made for the American market.
And it seems like the response has been pretty good in America.
So I think there will be a season two.
And I hope there is because I really have grown to like them all.
And I do think on a lot of these reality TV shows, we're seeing kind of toxic relationship dynamics when it comes to parenthood.
It's certainly coming up in the Valley, which I'll come to in a few minutes.
And on Ladies of London, we saw Charlotte, who I love, Lottie.
I think she's great.
She's been pregnant this season.
And her husband, Josh, is this...
designer I guess but he makes suits suits are his thing and he's she's referred to him as a workaholic she said her dad was a workaholic but you know he clearly work is his number one priority like you know he made a joke to her about when she has the baby and he thought maybe he just like cut back on work as in not work weekends he didn't realize that people take paternity leave and that she might need support which is just wild to me like obviously you can love your work but to have a
your your wife pregnant and think that your life isn't going to change at all that is insane and like I feel like that is the expectation for lots of men and in fairness I think lots of women speaking for myself also don't realize how dramatically your life is going to change once you have a baby I mean you can hear it you people can tell you it but until you've experienced it or seen it up close I think it's very difficult to actually fully understand
the enormity of the change when you become a parent.
Like it is absolutely seismic.
But these men just like, you know, so many of them seem like they feel entitled to just have their exact same life and their exact same partner.
They expect their partner not to change or her needs to not change.
It's really wild to me.
