Like I thought I knew exactly what kind of parent I was going to be.

And then I was like, oh, no, I know nothing.

Where is the instruction manual?

But they weirdly don't give you one.

It's crazy.

Yeah.

Crazy.

Anyway, let's get into the news because we do have a lot to talk about.

And we're going to start in Ireland this week because it was a kind of a crazy week for the government over the course of the last week.

Last week, you and I discussed the fact that Sinn Féin were planning to table a no confidence vote.

We were saying that it was pretty unlikely that it was really going to come to anything.

But in the end, it was kind of consequential, wasn't it?

Oh yeah, like no one can shut up in Lancer House.

I feel like everything comes out the minute someone even thinks it, all of a sudden everybody knows.

Yeah, it certainly doesn't feel as strong as it would have even a year ago.

I think it's really, the Michael Healy Ray of it all is really interesting.

And like, I think a lot of people, you know, you probably know Michael Healy Ray's name because Michael Healy Ray has been an enormous figure in politics for decades now.

And mainly because he does know how to grab headlines.

Like there aren't that many people who most people would have some name recognition of in Irish politics, aside from obviously the big hitters at the top.

But Michael Healy Ray just knows how to, he knows how to grab a TV camera.
