Admiral Rachel Levine had served as Assistant Secretary of Health under President Biden.

She was the first transgender person confirmed for the post.

Levine led the commissioned Corps of the U.S.

Public Health Service, a four-star admiral position.

Under the Trump administration, Levine's first name, Rachel, has now been removed, and she's posted under her pre-transgender name.

The change was made during the recent government shutdown.
