Harvard actually did an 85 year study where they were trying to really look at what was the most important factor in determining our happiness in life and in our longevity of our life.

And what they found was that the number one thing that made them was the most important factor in determining happiness is actually the quality of our relationships.

It's literally hardwired into our DNA. I believe AI can help us. I use AI all of the time. For example, I mentioned I have my coaching frameworks.
