I feel like one major thing is we are all so connected in ways that we can't even possibly imagine. I'm talking from the trees to the animals, especially humans. And there is a oneness that I've experienced that, um, Once that like light bulb goes off for you like so much of the I Don't know.

I feel like when I discovered that like It just made me have so much empathy for other people just realizing like we all share a Consciousness and like your success is my success your pain is my pain, you know for better or worse We're all connected and I think that like never losing sight of that is really really important because I think we are

We grow up in a world that wants to separate us by religion, by politics, by culture, by clothing, by whatever it is. And that, um, dividedness causes obviously a lot of pain and chaos, but we are all so connected. Um, okay. That's one. Um, um, um, okay. And the other one, this is hard. This is hard. Two other truths. I would say that.

I mean, I already kind of said this, but we are the creator of our own realities. We can take full control. There's no need to, you know, blame anyone else, but we, our minds are so powerful and just like really remembering that innate source energy that we all have, like it's there. And I get so excited when I see people I know tap into it. And then the third.
