Although I'm very happy with our results in the U.S. The U.S. and the U.K. are pretty interesting because historically there hasn't been a big desire to learn languages in the U.S. and the U.K. The thinking has been whatever you can learn English. In the U.S., 80% of our users were not learning a language before Duolingo. So we're growing the market in the U.S.

One is just it's a lot cheaper to teach you with technology than with a human teacher. The other thing is it turns out somewhere between 80 and 90 percent of language learners just don't want to talk to another human. They may tell you they do, but they don't. And it's because when you're learning a language, you're pretty shy about it.
