I think the ball handling ability has been outstanding.

You see them in the outside channels.

Kind of remind me of Leinster when Lancaster, they're so crisp in the outside channels, really like very, very accurate.

Rooking was really good.

Lines of running were good.

Really, really impressive.

But it's the defence and you heard Lancaster talking after the match about that.

That's been the key change for them is being able to keep teams.

Obviously, in this case, they kept them to a very low score.

But just more generally speaking,

You'll win more matches if you can keep teams to kind of manageable enough scores against your scorelines against you.

You know, it's a good recipe to start off with being just a bit stingy, be difficult to beat.

I feel like I'm the most boring person ever watching rugby, but it's where I start.

thinking about a team being good is if they're stingy on that side of the ball.

To me, it kind of tells you a lot more about a team than just their technique or how they think about defense.

It tells me how close-knit you are and how up for the fight you are physically.

Because if you're good at those two things, you don't even have to have the best system in the world.

If you just have a big heart, good togetherness, and a reasonable kind of plan about how the other team are going to attack you and you can deliver on the plan that you're trying to implement,

to me it tells a lot about a team it tells me you're going to be you know you're a good team and I think most of those teams can generally be pretty good on the other side of the ball and they don't have to be that great to be very very successful so I was really pleased with them I think there'll be a handful if they can make it in I don't
