I think it's a fairly well-worn path with him.

I think he's been very, very good with youth all the way through.

I think Leinster probably still are seeing the benefits of this from the end of this current crop.

But a lot of this crop, you know, at a kind of key point in their career, Lancaster was their rugby coach.

And I think all the skills, all the knowledge, all that kind of stuff, even you think of Farrell.

Farrell was at a key point in his career when he would have been working with Lancaster.

From everything I hear about the guy, he seems to bring on people, bring up a bit of a rising tide.

Everything seems to come with him, coaches and players alike.

And I think we're seeing a little bit of that.

You see the likes of...

You know, Illo, you know, I think Murray will benefit from it.

You know, he's excellent in the loose.

Prendergast looks like he's playing great rugby.

I think, you know, the back line, we've seen some real young, good talent alongside some established guys.

But I'm really, really excited to see what Frawley can do down there.

I'd love to see him at 10.

And I do wonder if we'll see a few of these guys coming into

the Irish kind of scene over the next year or two I think there's a few guys who are really on the cusp of kind of breaking through now can they break Leinster's kind of stranglehold and outside of kind of Munster's kind of key guys can they break in there my sense is they actually can I really like the look of what he's doing

I'm really impressed with him.

And yeah, like next season, I, I, I agree.
