I should be sending our forward.

I should be getting the ball.

It should be my clearance.

It's just that rumbling of having too many people and that want to be the best that they can be, where the people that they moved on, where the heck could we be the best team we could be?

And unfortunately for Gold Coast, that will come in time.

But unfortunately, they're all so young that they're trying to prove a point that they deserve to be at AFL level rather than we deserve to win a premiership because we've got the best list.

And I'm not saying that Gold Coast can't keep all of them because you look at some of the funds, some of the money that got spent on those players, you look back and a lot of them were probably overpaid.

But a lot of these teams realised that they were the connectors for a successful team.

So, as I said, I'm not saying that Gold Coast should have kept all those players because their budget probably would have been thrown and their salary cap would have been exploded.

So I can understand their frustration, but we're just trying to point out what's gone out, what's coming in, and that's why that connection, that synergy is not quite there.

Well, I think their personnel has changed so much.

So the best game I saw them play this year was round zero against the Cats.

You sit back and go, they actually looked really good balance because they had inside-outside players.

Rau, he's an inside bull, and he's as good a stoppage player as they've got, but then you mix in the others.
