18 different positions, but they've developed and they've matured their players to play different roles.

So when push comes to shove and they need to throw the magnet round, they're capable of doing it.

This is in a prime position for Gold Coast.

They've got so many talented players there, they need a little bit of maturity and some conversations to say, hey guys, you need to go and learn some different roles because we can't fit you all in the spot that you guys want to play.

And what you do is you just need buy-in.

And this is where those tough, you know, the old footy tough conversations, the old tough conversation was staring at somebody in the eye, pointing the finger at them and giving them everything you've got.

It's a conversation where, hey, mate, this is what we need from you.

It's Dimas sitting down with a player who they need to play a different role or

to play something outside what he's used to, to say, you're in our best team if you're happy to work with us.

If you can't work with us, then you're going to have to play seconds.
