This is the first operating system I've ever found where to download it, I had to get a BitTorrent link from a Telegram channel.

It's got quite a big section on legality on the website. Okay. The website does make it clear that you do need to have a Windows 10 license in order to legally use the Windows 10 Ameliorated Edition.
