Like the more people making more money, the 5% is more because the more people making the money make the more money more.
If it was 11 people and it was 5%, the money would be less.
And you'd go, oh, we're only splitting it between 11 people.
That's cool.
But 11 people can only output so much.

They were each going to get 5%, and I was like, wow.
No, no, no, no.
How can everyone get 5%?
Now that I read it, I'm like, they may get $20 each.
I don't know what they're going to get because I don't know the bottom line.
I don't know if they're doing net gross, et cetera.
They're doing operating income.
I would assume it's a net 5%.
After everything's paid, it's total profit.
That would be my assumption, but again, I don't know that.
But that's interesting.
It is definitely a strategy that is different than what a lot of companies are doing now strategically.
