And we saw this similarly with the new rental rules that were introduced a few months ago.

And it seemed to, again, kind of be this fast tracking, which I don't think particularly the opposition enjoy.

They don't enjoy not being able to debate this and be able to, I suppose, put their two cents onto this.

From Simon Harris's discussion on Tuesday, he was kind of saying that there's a teasing out to do maybe on the planning side and on the bureaucracy of the planning of it all.

Because at the same time as they are cutting red taper in the planning for modular homes, he said it would be ironic if then we were introducing further kind of bureaucracy around these short term lets.

And it's expected that there will be a lead in time for people to be able to, you know, I suppose, get their house in order.

Pardon the pun, yeah.

But it does seem, again, this kind of lack of coherency.
