Now, since the hostages are now clear, police really want to go busting into this apartment so that they can grab Jermaine and arrest him. But not only is the door still barricaded, but Jermaine is in there firing shots off. So to avoid any casualties, police are holding back, thinking that they can talk him into surrendering.
