Upon reaching the area of 13th and Saginaw Street, Adam rammed the back of LaQuandra's vehicle as she was pulling into a parking lot. And then she got out of the vehicle and ran. As she was getting out of the vehicle and trying to run away, he struck the vehicle again. So they end up charging him with assault with intent to do great bodily harm.
