On a recent overnight bulletin on RT Radio 1, I was amazed to hear the newsreader refer to the Taoiseach as Micheál Martian.

It's a bit of a stretch that somebody reading the news on RT Radio 1 would say Micheál Martian instead of Micheál Martin.
You can understand Clarendon Street instead of Clarendon Street if you weren't from Dublin.
Like, you know, there's always debate over Dorset Street and Dorset Street.

But Micheál Martian, that's a bit of a stretch.
