I reminisce about a more familiar IKEA.

And then she tells us that at home she has an IKEA bin, which is worth $1.99.

And she also has a Kallax shelving unit, which she bought for $15, which has followed her through a number of houses.

I was looking up some IKEA facts.

So we have a huge one here in Ireland.

It performs very well globally.

Turned over last year nearly quarter of a billion, quarter of a billion euro out there in Ballymun.

There's no research for Ireland about how many homes have IKEA items in them, but there was research in the UK and they reckon that 60% of people in the UK own at least one IKEA item.

Now I'd say because

We spent so much in Ikea, nearly a quarter of a billion last year, that the figure here is probably higher.

I'd say that about 75%.

I'm just making that up.

75% of Irish homes have something that was bought in Ikea.
