I felt it so deeply and I love it so much.
would love, it would just be my dream if that could be what fluorescence is to somebody else.
That's like the ultimate dream.
And you know, maybe that's a high ask, it's a big ask, but that's, I would love this.
That's the one thing I say.
And then the other thing I say is when I was a teenager and my first friend got her driver's license and she would drive us around, drive us to school, drive us to the beach, whatever it was, we had certain albums that we would play in the car.
you know, 17, 18, and that's another thing which I'm like, if I can be the album that the girls put on, on their way to school, on their way to wherever it is, on the way to the hang, which I think, I like to think The Good Witch was, and I would like to think even more that Fluorescence could be.
I am lucky and also... I was about to say I'm lucky, but also I just am with a good partner who is...
mature and understanding and respectful and knows that this is my work, this is what I do, this is my passion, and I've worked really hard to do it.
And he would never want to stand in the way of that.
I mean, he's really proud of me and he loves my music and, you know,
we joke, we all joke about songs I write about the past, and he'll say, they really flopped that one.
Like, they really could have been getting their My Regards, but instead they're getting their You, You, You, and that sucks for those boys.
But no, I mean, and that's, I mean, as it should be, and I would encourage all women to be with somebody that supports them, and...
I wouldn't really stand for anything but that.
I think that you... It's part of the job, it's part of what I do, but if you're mature and...
If you are a mature person, then you can very much understand that songwriting and writing about the past and then living and being in the present are very different things.
And I like to think that we have a really great understanding and we have a really great understanding of that.
That's the headline.
