He was so appropriately incensed that they would do these sorts of attacks when we're in good faith negotiating a reduction in violence to try to get to a solution for Afghanistan that he canceled their flight and turned them around. Then our experience with PTSD and the TBI from Marines and soldiers going down range and getting IEDs. I have a lot of experience as a judge advocate working through that, making sure people are checked out for that stuff when they get back from deployment and does that have any play in their misconduct. Those are things that commanders just consider and that we advise on.
