And I do understand the challenges there.
The one thing going back to that rule of do you want to talk to dad or do you want to talk to coach?
When Caleb brings up hockey to me, he always wants to talk to coach.
I've seen his growth over the last couple of years and what they've done in Brantford and the evolution of his game.
I think he would have the wherewithal and the ability to separate the two at the next level.
I think one of the points that you've heard RJ recite over and over is we're not evaluating guys on wins and losses.
I fully understand that the NHL is based off of you need to win games.
Our focus is on the process of just getting better.
And one huge part of that for me is
As I said before, it's really easy to come to the rink in a great mood when things are going well and you're scoring points and teams winning games.
But trying to find that positivity and find that energy when things aren't going well is a part of growth and development.
So for me, that's part of the task is helping guys find the joy in hockey.
The NHL is a pretty good league.
It's a pretty special place to play.
There's only 700 some odd players that get to do it.
So it's an absolute privilege.
So giving the guys the understanding and helping them understand that this is a fun league to be in and you have to enjoy the moments and there will be some good times, there will be some bad times, but
