So for my first news is regarding the Supreme Court.

We talked about the ruling for the tariffs on Friday.

It came out during the time we were on.

Ever since then, it's been noted that the tariffs ruling from the Supreme Court was only in regards to a certain act.

any tariffs that were under the international emergency economics power act ieepa and so those are the only tariffs that were based on that are the only ones that were basically unconstitutional um trump came out fighting um he had a press conference

and he basically reframed the defeat that we thought that perhaps he would be defeated you know obviously he will never be defeated he's unstoppable so he took that defeat into victory um he indicated that uh the supreme court's decision was uh basically

actually gave him more power than he thought because it gave him clarity for so many years he was waiting it felt like years but you know for so many months he was waiting for a decision by the supreme court and the supreme court outlined the president of the united states does have the ability to do tariffs just not under that particular act

um you know actually double down right um he on the press conference on friday he said oh no more tariffs more tariffs 10 global tariffs based on section 122 a different act the 1970 rule but recently i think sunday or saturday he added 15 instead of 10 right
