Decide that they're done. It's hard. Those questions are really, really hard. And I think balancing people's needs and their rights and their autonomy and their pain are all really, really important.

So I think it's really incumbent on these societies to find a balance between respecting people's autonomy and individuality and right to make their own decisions, and also making sure that we're not encouraging something deadly, right? I don't know that there are easy answers to this.
