They're very conservative about it, but they've opened the pathway.
There are some insurers, work cover and stuff, insurers that are kind of open to this kind of thing because they're seeing that, hey, if this can make the difference, then it's actually going to be a money saver.
Yeah.
We're hoping Medicare will be able to provide rebates.
So we're working on that.
So
The funding situation is kind of happening in the background.
And as we get more results, as we show that it's safe, as we show that for a bunch of people, this can be life changing.
And as we start to get a bit more nuanced on who it works for and who it doesn't, then the insurers and the government departments are starting to come on board.
But in the short term, the cost is very high.
So that's one thing.
As far as exclusion criteria, these substances aren't good for anybody with a history or direct family history of psychosis or bipolar 1 disorder.
If people have heart issues, cardiovascular issues, they're generally ruled out.
People who are pregnant, obviously, there are some exclusion criteria around other specific kind of kidney and liver issues and stuff like that.
So what we do in the lead up is get a GP to sign off on some things and the assessing psychiatrist will look at some of those inclusion exclusion criteria as well just to make sure that a person is not going to be harmed by the process.
The TGA rules, we can't actually advertise, so you can't kind of like Google who does this.
