Yeah, that's a great question.

You know, he and I talk today.

I usually wait until the next day unless the player comes to me first and then

You've also got to know each person's, each player's personality and how they react to things.

How they like to be confronted or have a discussion.

Obviously, like you said, being a younger guy, he's very open to thoughts, ideas.

And the first thing I told him today was, we've all been there.

I've done it.

Everybody that's played this game has had a rough night, whether it be in the field, in the box, or on the bases.

My biggest comment to him was don't let it change you or lose your aggressiveness.

Don't let it change your work.

Keep going out.

He's been doing an unbelievable job.

Come to the park, putting his work in every day.

And, you know, it was just one of those nights where I got caught on a couple balls.

And, you know, for me, the number one thing is stay aggressive, be aggressive, you know.

as an outfielder coming in on that first ball with, you know, with the middle infielder going back, much easier player for the outfielder.
