I do.
Actually, we were just talking about that as a staff today.
Over the last 10 days or so, we're trending in a much better direction, Cab, both on stolen base percentage as well as taking the extra base.
which are kind of two of the main areas we focus on.
So, you know, I like our guys, and a lot of that comes with offense.
As you hit more and you're up in games more, you can take a few more risks.
If you're down in games more, you've got to be a little more careful, right?
So a lot of that comes with swinging the bats a little bit better, and I think those things are both trending in the right direction.
I think really it's somebody that cares about it, number one.
That gets on base, that bats over no matter how you got on base, whether it be an error, a hit, a walk, whatever it is.
You become a base runner, you're focused on the fundamentals.
You know the game situation, how many outs, what the score is, who's in the outfield, who throws well, who gets after the ball a little bit harder than others.
Middle infielders, how those relay arms look.
All those things, you know, come into play, as well as what the pitcher features.
Does he like to bounce his breaking ball at any point with certain counts?
Those types of things.
So it's really just locked into the situation in the game at any given time and being ready to impact it on the bases.
Yeah, I think the reason for the hand over the mouse is because there's cameras everywhere now, and so you don't ever want to get caught being lip-read by somebody and know what's going on, right?
So sometimes it's just look for certain times the ball's in the dirt based on a count or a certain pitch we may try to run on.
Something with an outfielder moving in or in or back as far as, you know, a right fielder's gotten deeper, you can go first or third here.
