And so my, however many generations back, I lived in this town called Kadimi, right?
And then went from Kadimi to Chabinsky.
And then when it got more anglicized, it went to Chabinsky.
And then when my grandparents came over on the boat, they just started, some people started calling them Cuban.
They don't know exactly when or how.
The people just started calling him Cuban.
And that was it.
That's how it got to that.
And literally, my name is C-U-B-A-N, but on my dad's birth certificate, it's spelled C-U-B-I-N.
