Dr. Roman, who did the autopsy, we recently got her deposition.
She was questioned afterwards.
And in her deposition, she said she was told not to take DNA evidence, and she was prohibited from going to the crime scene.
Quite unusual in a case like that where they're trying to find the cause of death.
Why was she prohibited from seeing the crime scene?
First of all, the crime scene was completely destroyed before anybody got there.
They should not have moved Jeff's body.
Another question, when they found Jeffrey, we know he was dead for at least a couple of hours because if you've seen the picture of the groove in his neck,
the fact that the groove in his neck is stayed in his neck, it's indented, means he had to be dead for like a couple of hours at least.
Because if you strangled somebody and just released them, your skin would flatten out because you still have cell pressure inside, your skin is still supple and flexible.
But after a couple of hours, your skin starts to dry out and rigor mortis starts setting in.
So that's how we know he was dead for at least two hours.
