Everything else is up in the air.
And if this doesn't prove that, what else will?
The reason I want to believe it, that it's true, not that I want to believe that this is a good thing or that it's happening.
The reason I want to believe it's validity is because of what happened at the Senate level.
That when we're asking Jeff Buchholz yesterday, the political editor for WBBM, about how it's somewhat unlikely when a bill has enough to pass the House and you've got bipartisan voting that it fails in the Senate the way it did.
And then we find out for Mary Ann Ahern, for example, the Chicago caucus did not vote on this bill.
Is it because they knew there was another plan?
That makes sense, right?
And this seems to be the indication, is that the city of Chicago and its state senators must have thought that there was another plan that still benefited the city enough to not agree with giving a tax break or letting the entire pilot bill pass.
You guys say you have a plan and there are meetings.
Tell us what the plan is, since it's going to be our money anyway.
Tell us what the plan is.
I want to know how many cooks they want to bring into this kitchen before they decide on something.
How many plans?
How many cooks?
How many pep rallies?
How many meetings?
All because you bought property that you don't want to pay the taxes on.
