And as you mentioned, the distinguished guests included multiple McCaskies.

George McCaskey, Pat McCaskey, and Brian McCaskey.

Also, as you alluded to, team president Kevin Warren was present just off to the side of the lectern as those guys will line up inside every once in a while.

Yeah, I was disappointed.

I was disappointed, Layla, that none of those guys spoke directly.

They took it in.

I thought that especially after a season like this, it would be a layup for George McCaskey to speak and answer questions that would be specifically directed to him about the direction of this team.

So I was a little surprised that he didn't speak.

As far as Kevin Warren is concerned, yeah, with all the stuff going on with the stadium, this would have been a good opportunity for him to field some questions about that.

And if he wanted to just stick with the direction of the team, that would have been nice as well.

You know, I'm not sure what their reasoning was for not talking, you know, I guess the one area, like if you're looking at it to give them an excuse for not talking, that they want Ben Johnson to continue to be the most important voice in this franchise with...

Honorable mention to Ryan Poles, but they wanted those singular voices going today.

But I thought it would have been a great opportunity for those guys to speak in what would have been an easy scenario.
