I was kind of happy.
I thought it felt a little creepy at times.
I felt all the emotions watching, because they literally had the camera on him all day.
all the way with them saying nothing.
Like, to the point where I was like, are there mics on?
But this was one time where I was like, okay, that was pretty cool the way they just let that ride out and watched this guy who, yes,
aaron rogers has crushed the bears you have every reason to hate the bears but what i was watching was the end of an elite quarterback's awesome career and i felt strange watching i'm sorry i'm surprised by the sad tell me about the sad well it's just just as a sports fan like quite frankly this is a spot like i can separate that yes the mark the the bears fan and covers the aaron rogers did things to the bears that can never be forgiven on a football field it
It's just true.
But as a sports fan who can look at things objectively, I felt it a little bit there in that moment.
There is one of the greatest quarterbacks that has ever played this game that we got to see his entire career, and that may not be it.
And the way that they handled it on the Fox broadcast was excellent.
We did, except for Marshall.
I don't think Marshall wanted to see it.
Because, you know, that's his guy.
Yeah, he loves him.
You know, he also loves Matthew Stafford.
I bet the NFL world was watching.
That was part of it, seeing young players who just wanted to go up to him and just give him, embrace him, hug him, shake his hand to be able to say that they were on a football.
You don't think that's cool for those 25-year-old players that are on the field?
Literally.
