My question is, let's play a little game though.
Let's say
that he doesn't come back.
Let's say somehow, you know, and like all of us, you get up there in age, you wake up one day and you say, you know what, my back's killing me.
I don't know if I want to go through this whole torture.
That's what happened today with my knee.
I was like, oh, where'd that come from?
You're a walking example of that.
Or with all your Achilles and everything else, you know how it can change.
What if he does do that?
Then what?
How would you see them constructing or reconstructing their quarterback role?
He has more of a track record than Malik Willis does.
You would say that based on what?
I think we know that Mason Rudolph is a guy who, again, if you're going to look at experience, his last three games he started turned out to be all wins.
He went into a playoff game and didn't cost them the game.
The three preceding that did, and they all had to be wins to get them into the playoffs.
So I don't think you can have much more pressure than that.
What if you did go for Malik Willis and he returned into the one who was in Tennessee?
Or Justin Fields.
