Why don't they do it like airlines?

Because every time I've gone towards the Natural History Museum, there's a massive queue outside.

So what you do is you get people to pay more for your gold pass.

Actually, make it platinum.

Don't do gold.

Go platinum pass, gold pass, silver pass, weight and line pass.

And therefore, the quicker you want to get in, the more they charge.
