So he took the list and I've got all my supplement stack all organized and it's in four different categories.
And one is, you know, one of my categories is for nutritional supplementation.
Like if there are things that I just don't eat enough of, I need to know how to supplement that.
Yeah.
One is longevity focused.
And then one is, is antioxidant focused.
And then y'all, whatever.
And one is performance stack.
