He'll be the greatest recruiter that Air Force have had if you'll just allow us to have his orders move to the WCAP program rather than being moved to Florida and start his career as a second lieutenant. And then to see the President of the United States there with him. Now, my two boys that you met yesterday, they're 125-pounder and 133-pounder for Oklahoma State. So they wrestle with Wyatt.
Wyatt lived here in the summer. But to see him win with the president of the United States there is why it says my boss's boss's boss. And then to win in that fashion and stand up and salute the president of the United States, that was epic, remarkable. That's why the dude is called Captain America. And you met him. He's a freak of a specific human being.

But the budget is just the vehicle to move on to reconciliation. People want to know how we're going to get all the doge cuts. You can't get doge cuts through the budget. The reconciliation is where the doge cuts come in. So we got to get the budget passed first. And the budgets are going to be different between the House and between the Senate.

Because of this ridiculous thing called the bird rule that we have to fit things into, the house, they don't have to deal with it. So as an example, they can walk through an open garage. We have to close the garage door and break the glass out the top of the garage door and crawl through the window because of the crazy bird rule we have to deal with through reconciliation.

So we're going to do the Voteroma Friday or Saturday, Friday night or Saturday, start at Saturday, which is just where the Democrats put all these ridiculous amendments on there. People are concerned about the cuts. Mind you, the big differences you're going to have between the House budget and the Senate budget is taxes.

So the tax plan underneath the House one is they're going over current taxes. Law, tax law, meaning current law, meaning that all the taxes are going to expire, all the TCGA, what is it, TCGA, whatever, the President Trump's tax package from 2017, TCGA, I think is what it's called. Yeah, the Tax Cut and Jobs Act, yeah. Yes.

What they're going to do is they're going to say that, hey, the tax law is going to expire, we're going to add it back on, and then we're going to extend it for eight years. What we're saying is that, no, we're not gonna say it's gonna expire. We're gonna have current tax policy. We're gonna keep the current tax level in place. And then we're gonna make it permanent so it never expires.

Then they have $1.5 trillion in cuts over 10 years. Our target is $2 trillion in cuts. Now, if you read the budget, which we will be releasing probably tomorrow, it will talk about billions, but billions is on top of making the tax cuts permanent.

But because we have to go through the Byrd rule, and I know this is getting wonky, we have to put instructions to the committees on what they're supposed to do. Once we get those instructions, then we set the target date, but we can't do that until after we get the budget passed through reconciliation. Then we actually do the target of what we expect each committee to actual cut.

Our target is $2 trillion. What Rick Scott is wanting to do is up to $10 trillion, which probably isn't feasible for us to do, but we'll land somewhere in between there. So by the time we're done with reconciliation, we'll cut more than the House budget is.
