Yeah, I get to witness that.
So, yeah, it was interesting, you know.
But this is a science show.
And recently I was speaking with my cousins about some new research on the African continent.
Of course, I'm pleased that other people do this with their cousins.
Like, here's a fun fact that I learned from science.
OK, so it started as those, you know, when you are thinking out of the box and some of my cousins were saying, you know, I wish we had a beach here.
I wish this happened.
And so one of my cousins actually said, what if we had an ocean like or a sea, you know, in between Africa?
And I told them, hey, hold on.
In fact, there's a research that's suggesting that East Africa may actually be splitting apart.
And, you know, researchers are saying that this is happening faster than scientists once believed.
So the forecast now we had to talk about Turkana region, and this is in the northern Kenya.
It's an area where geologists now think could be one of the weakest points in the Earth's crust.
So that was an interesting conversation.
Okay, so I've had colleagues hike through Turkana to try and find the, I think they're building a geothermal power station up there, yeah?
Phyllis, is it part of the Rift Valley?
So the Turkana region is far northwest part of Kenya.
