I think the biggest thing for me in understanding Tiago Splitter is to realize, hey, I don't know much about him as a coach, but I do remember him very well as a player, as a guy who was a backup big on those teams in San Antonio specifically.

And because he's got, you know, obviously international experience, both as a person and a player, he's a guy who knows different facets of professional basketball.

And I think that's a positive thing when you're looking at how international this game has become of late.

This past weekend, notwithstanding, where you see an American-born player, a Chicago high school legend, and Jalen Brunson lead a team to a championship, it's been a whole lot of international players doing a whole lot of damage the last few years.

Yeah, yeah.

Just look at the MVP race every year.

You've got Shea Gildas-Alexander.

You've got Jokic.

You've got international players leading the way.

I understand your trepidation on that matter specifically, except everything we've heard.

From Bryson Graham, from people who've worked with Bryson Graham, from people who know Bryson Graham, the man is a collaborator.

And I don't think Arturis Kardasovas was much of a collaborator at any stage of his time as the lead Bulls executive.

So that's what gives me a lot of hope for what we can expect going forward.

He's not going to just be like, I'm getting this done the way I want to get it done.

No, I want to hear everybody in the room and see if somebody is making more sense than I'm making.

You know, that's the way it should be handled when you're talking about, I don't know, the number four pick in the NBA draft.
