A lot of times I'll listen to samples, but the first two chords of a sample will be like, oh, I like those, oh, but those last two ones, they aren't right. Or, oh, that middle chord's wrong. Then I'll just redo it, you know what I mean? You can plug samples into MIDI analyzers. Back in the day, it wasn't that good. So I kind of had to learn.

And so I was like, you know, really like drawing them out, you know, drawing these chords out. I'm changing a lot of the chords in this original sample, forgive what it was. Anyways, came up with this chord progression I really liked.
