I was in St.

Louis for about 10 years.

And then in 2019, about September, I think it was, everybody in my apartment building were told that they had to move.

They were being kicked out.

And they were being kicked out by this youngster who bought the building.

When I talked to him, I said, you bought this sight unseen for cash?

$95,000 cash?

I said, due diligence is to inspect the properties and stuff.

He said, in this case, it's location, location, location.

If I got to destroy the building and build something else here, yeah, it's location.

And yeah, I paid cash.

And he was, to be honest, about 35 years old.

But I told him, I said, I would like to do a 10-year lease with you, $500 every month, a good 10-year lease, guaranteed money.

No, he wouldn't do it.

Well, I had to go and I gave away a big old Harley motorcycle that I owned.

I gave that to a friend and I eventually called my younger sister.

She's an angel.

She saved me.

My younger sister, yeah, she's 13 years younger than me.
