And Buffalo is not going to be able to go up the ice on the rush.
They're not going to have the turnover chances.
And you're going to limit their speed.
You're going to limit their ability to create.
Because Rasmus Dahlin wants to join the rush.
Samuelson wants to join the rush.
Byram, Power, they all want to join the rush from the defense.
But if they're tired, if it's 45 minutes into a shift,
They're not going to do it.
And I thought there was a couple moments late in the first, before the power play goal, and then in the third, obviously, Buffalo kind of were comfortable with a 4-2 lead.
But I think Montreal figured out a little bit more on how to play in the offensive zone, in not taking chances high in the zone, just get it back in the corner, cycle, use the back of the net,
And you saw some chances.
You know that chance by Slavkoski off the side of the net with about like maybe three minutes left, two minutes left.
It was six on five.
But those are the type of chances that Montreal is going to get if they stay disciplined with the puck.
So there's two definition of physicality.
One is Scott Stevens, Chris Pronger, like big hits, open ice hits.
And then there's leaning on you, winning one-on-one battles, stick checking, taking your time and space away.
And I think that's what Buffalo does more.
Like, yeah, they'll throw in a hit here and there, but it's not like going to be blindsiding you.
