Are you interested in seeing what was actually said?
Or do you feel like, okay, that's actually the coach's business or someone else's business?
So you wouldn't actually sit there and go, OK, I just need to get a broad understanding of what was going on last year.
And so you wouldn't request to actually go, OK, maybe I need to have a little review of this myself.
He said he's seen some of it, yeah.
In terms of the leaders, one of the things that Coach said to us the other day was about restructuring the leadership group.
And obviously he's not going to tell us absolutely everything, but he kind of hinted at that some people that were in that group may not be in it, there might be others added.
In terms of overall leaders,
do you look at it in terms of players experience how long they've been around or do you look at it just as the people that they are and there might be somebody that is new to this group who is a natural leader who you look at and go actually that person there how do you think it is the best way to go about selecting that fit and how important is that to the All Blacks I look it's huge first thing we're doing that Dave and I have been leading over the last while is just challenging the paradigm for a start you know like
As you're saying that, I've got this vision in my mind.
I've got a jigsaw in front of me and it's got 500 pieces, right?
And I'm just, the first thing you always do with a jigsaw is you do this bit, don't you?
You put the, you know, you get the sky bit or you get the sort of square in front of you and then you start filling in the bits and there's the castle and there's the river and there's the clouds.
It's naive and stupid of me.
Is it kind of like that?
What happens when you come across a player or a group of players or whatever that just don't quite gel with you and don't quite get it or just don't want to get it?
How do you bridge that?
And have you come across situations before where it's almost impossible to bridge?
How do you get around that if that's the case?
In terms of the people that you're looking at that are now involved in the All Blacks and the new crew and everything else, and you've gone through different eras and worked with just some outstanding people and had this outrageous period of success as well.
