It could be new staff that just joined the company.
It would take them maybe months to be at the team retreat.
But if you have an event coming up, bring them to the event.
This is the budget with the line items of the budget from last year that Nathan was talking about, so you can find it into all the files that you get from the conference, and I'm happy to answer any questions on that.
One thing that I also wanted to mention is that last year, one mistake we made was we packed the agenda with tons of stuff, super interesting stuff, but the one piece of feedback that we got from everybody on the team was,
We need more time.
Just give them some empty space.
We'll fill it up with what we believe that we need to do with our own team, etc.
So don't pack the agenda too tight.
Another mistake that we made last year was too little time for customer support.
You know, your customers are still there, like using your product, etc.
They don't necessarily care that much that you're in Sicily.
for your team retreat.
So you got to build more time into that.
And finally, last year we did two days and it probably wasn't enough time.
I mean, there's this big thing that you organize.
So
This year we're actually going to gather for three days for the entire team and it sounds like it's a better fit.
You can leave some more empty space for people to get together and do things.
So a lighter agenda might be a smarter idea for this kind of team retreat when you're running a remote team.
