Yeah, I would just echo that, you know, while I had a full-time job, that part of that job was involved in sports as well.
It was a different side of sports on the capital side.
And so to go around and meet different organizations across the globe, you know, see what a world-class organization looks like, how they're structured, how they're resourced, how they're creating competitive advantages, right from ownership down through the players, it was an incredibly valuable lens.
And so, you know, I think if I had not been a general manager previously, that would be more concern for me.
But the fact that I've sat in the chair and now have a different lens as well, I think it's actually been a real positive to learn and grow and become more diverse in my thoughts and opinions.
And I think that'll be a real asset for me.
